Thanks, Bill. Sorry, it is indeed unclear. Here’s how you do it:
Click on the “View Document in Fullscreen” icon (the box with the four outward-pointing arrows) on the bottom left of the screen.
When that pops up a new window, click on the “Original Document PDF” link on the upper right-hand side of that page.
That should start the download.
